FLEETMATE
How it works

One network for basing, hosting and relocating.

Fleetmate connects independent operators so a car can earn anywhere — without anyone opening a new branch. Here's the full flow.

01
List a car into a town

An owner bases a vehicle with a host in another town. The car is now available to be booked there, while the owner keeps control of pricing and availability.

02
Bookings route through one guard

However a booking arrives — entered by hand, via API, or synced from a connected system — it passes through the same guarded flow. Double-bookings are caught and the host's tasks are generated automatically.

03
The host does the physical work

Storage, cleaning, and handovers are captured step by step on a phone — including licence and condition photos — so every job has a clean record.

04
Drivers relocate the fleet

Repositioning runs are posted to the shared board. Any operator can claim one, drive it, and mark it complete.

05
Everyone settles fairly

Service fees settle automatically between operators once work is done. Reputation is recalculated from those completed jobs — never self-entered.

What holds it together

One guarded flow

Every booking source runs through the same overlap guard and task generation, so nothing slips past — no source gets a back door.

Reputation from real work

Ratings are derived only from completed jobs and recalculated automatically. Every operator is named, verified and scored.

Renters never touched

The co-op settles operator-to-operator service fees only. The renter's rental payment and bond stay with the owner, always.

Grow your fleet's reach without growing your overheads.
